This policy explains how ODDO TRANSFER uses cookies, local storage and similar technologies on the website and booking platform.

1) Categories

Strictly necessary cookies and storage keep the website, sessions, booking flow, payment flow, security and language routing working. They cannot be disabled through our banner.
Preference storage may remember choices such as language, booking step or interface state.
Analytics cookies are optional. Google Analytics is loaded only if it is configured for the deployment and you grant analytics consent.
Marketing cookies are not currently set by confirmed active website code. If marketing tags are added later, the policy and banner must be updated before use.

2) Consent and withdrawal

Your choices are stored in a first-party cookie named cookie_consent for about 6 months. The stored JSON includes necessary, preferences, analytics, marketing, version and updatedAt values. Necessary is always true; analytics and marketing default to false until accepted.

If analytics consent is refused or withdrawn, Google Analytics remains unloaded for future page loads and the site attempts to clear known _ga cookies where feasible.

3) Analytics privacy

Google Analytics does not load before analytics consent. When analytics is enabled, page URLs sent to GA are sanitized: query parameters are removed and tokenized manage/pay paths are masked.

Google Analytics production status, retention and data-sharing settings depend on the deployment and GA dashboard configuration. We do not state those dashboard settings as confirmed in this policy.

4) Third-party features

Google Maps and Places are used for address autocomplete, maps and route support in the booking and partner flows. myPOS and Stripe may be used during payment. These providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies on their domains during those interactions.
