Client Privacy & Confidentiality Notice
This notice focuses on confidentiality for customers, passengers and booking contacts using ODDO Transfer.

1) Booking confidentiality
We use customer, passenger, route, payment and invoice data to create, manage and perform bookings, coordinate the ride, process payment/refunds, issue invoices, provide support and handle disputes or legal obligations.
2) Data involved
- Customer and passenger contact details, account details and preferred language.
- Pickup/drop-off addresses, dates, times, flight number, passenger count, selected vehicle, add-ons, luggage and special requests.
- Payment status, provider references, refund information and invoice/accounting data.
- Ride coordination records, assigned partner/driver details, proof/status events and support messages.
3) Sharing with partners and drivers
Assigned partners, operators and drivers receive only the ride information needed to perform the transfer and communicate about the service. They must not use those details for unrelated marketing or off-platform solicitation.
4) Internal access
Operational and admin access is limited to people who need the data for booking support, dispatch, payment/refund handling, invoicing, compliance, security, partner review or dispute handling.
5) Free-text and sensitive information
Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information in notes or support messages, such as health, religion, ID documents or other special category data, unless strictly needed for your transfer. If such information is provided, it is handled only for the necessary operational, support, safety or legal purpose.
6) Retention and deletion limits
Booking records linked to payment, invoices, refunds, disputes or accounting may be kept up to 10 years. Operational ride notes are normally kept for 3 years unless needed longer for dispute, legal, accounting or security reasons. Deletion requests cannot remove records that must be kept by law, but processing should be limited to the required purpose.
